A: Not necessary.

Q : Is it necessary for me to provide my credit card details during the reservation process?
A: Yes, in order to guarantee your reservation.

Q : Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?
A: Amex, Visa & Mastercard


Q : How do I change or cancel the reservation I made on-line?
A: You need to provide us your check in date for the booking in order to complete this process. You can either call the hotel at +6088-264166 or email to cancel the reservation.

Q : What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellation has to be made 1 day before arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 1 day prior to check in date, 100% of total room charges will be debited to guest's credit card.
For No Shows, 1 night's room charge will be levied.

Check-in and out

Q : Can I check-in early? Can I check-out late?
A: Check-in time is after 1400 hours and check out by 1200 noon. Early check-in subject to room availability.

Q : Can I make any special requests during the reservation process, such as non-smoking rooms or adjoining rooms?
A: Yes, non-smoking rooms are available but we do not have any adjoining room available at the moment.
